Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order - no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in its original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened and used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
  • Items purchased during final-sale promotions (clearly marked)

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will replace it or issue a full refund immediately - no return required. Just send us a photo via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm your return and arrange a pickup from your address
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 2–3 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout. COD refunds are processed by bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash - we'll confirm with you at the time of return.
